Sweet Trees for my sweets!

I mentioned in my Easter blog that I hadn’t bought traditional Easter treats for my family this year and had decided I wanted to do something a little bit different! I eventually decided on these fabulous Sweet Trees from Sweet Tree by Browns – aren’t they brilliant??

All of the sweet trees are made with edible centres and the trees will stay edible for four to six months if kept in its packaging.

They have a huge range to choose from (over 100 different designs) and because a member of my family only likes dark chocolate they made the dark chocolate Lindt one for me specially!

These are the trees I ordered:

Malteaser and Malteaser Bunny

The trees come in four sizes – 25cm (the ones I ordered), 35cm, 50cm and 65cm and are delivered in glass vases full of sweets. The glass vase can also be personalised with a message.

Prices start from around £19.99 for a 25cm Licorice Allsorts tree and increase to around £24.99 for the mixed truffles tree. For the next size tree up (35cm) you are looking at around £35.

Delivery is free and I found that all of my orders were delivered within three days. As they looked pretty fragile I was worried by the time I had got them that they may have been damaged but they were all really well packaged and not a single one was damaged or had any of the sweets fall off the tree so I was very impressed!

They proved to be very popular Easter gifts and I’ve already decided I am going to buy some more for my friends for their Birthdays!

Sweet Trees by Browns also sell chocolate plaques and chocolate scotch eggs which, judging from their Twitter account have also proved to be very popular!
